These Terms govern access to and use of MedixaLink. By using the Platform, you accept these Terms.

1. Who Can Use

MedixaLink is intended for professionals and organizations providing health services and personnel authorized by them. Creating and using accounts implies that you have legal capacity and corresponding authorization.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for the use of the account and for actions taken under your credentials.
• We may suspend or deactivate accounts for misuse or security reasons.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

• Use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws.
• Do not attempt to access without authorization or breach security.
• Do not upload illegal, offensive, malicious, or third-party rights infringing content.
• Do not use the Platform to send spam or unauthorized communications.

4. Clinical Data and Professional Responsibility

MedixaLink is a management tool. Medical decisions and compliance with professional/legal obligations correspond to the health professional/center. You must verify the accuracy of information and maintain records in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Availability and Service Changes

We strive to maintain high availability, but the service may experience interruptions due to maintenance, improvements, incidents, or force majeure. We may modify functionalities, always seeking to maintain reasonable compatibility.

6. Intellectual Property

MedixaLink, its software, trademarks, and content are owned by Blade Link Company or its licensors. No licenses are granted beyond the use necessary to operate the Platform under these Terms.

7. Customer Content

The professional/center retains ownership of the data they upload (“Customer Content”). You authorize us to process it solely to provide the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MedixaLink will not be responsible for indirect damages, data loss attributable to misuse, or clinical decisions. Our total liability, if any, will be limited to the amounts effectively paid for the service in a reasonable period prior to the claim, per contract/plan.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend/terminate access for non-compliance. Upon termination, export/deletion policies may apply per plan/contract.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable regulations. Jurisdiction to be defined according to the provider/contract domicile.
